Throughout his extensive career, he has performed with many of the world’s top orchestras and conductors and toured extensively internationally. Renowned flautist, Sir James Galway has performed worldwide, has 98 albums to his name and has sold 30 million recordings. He composed an array of music including a number of violin concertos and a variety of other instruments, sacred choral works and over forty operas. He was also a respected violinist and teacher.
